Packaging Brokers have the authority of Lancashire Mortgage Corporation to issue all documentation including Offer of Loan and Legal Documentation.

There are simple and robust systems in place to ensure loans and mortgages are paid out as quickly as possible. We work with our Packaging Brokers to introduce easier processing systems e.g. dedicated underwriters, etc.

To become a Packaging Broker is simple and full packager training is provided for those who require it. Please contact your Business Development Executive on 0844 873 4152 to arrange this.

For Non-Packaging Brokers we have developed a service - ‘The Introducer Centre’.
Case enquiries can be submitted by fax or email to the Introducer Centre. The dedicated sales and underwriting team will then sell, process and package the case and present it to Lancashire Mortgage Corporation as a fully packaged case for completion.
